For the ultimate vehicle protection, a full body clear bra/PPF/paint protection film is your best option – PPF will stop most rock chips and scratches. The real benefit that I personally love about full body PPF is how easy it is to clean without worrying about swirling the paint (PPF is self-healing). Now, PPF won’t stop hail damage or dings from inconsiderate people. But if someone opened a door into your car while you’re at HEB and runs away without leaving a note, if it would otherwise damage your paint requiring a body shop to fix, the PPF will likely stop the damaged paint.
