My experience with these guys right here was nothing short of AMAZING!! They are the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service and PROFESSIONALISM. They literally put their CUSTOMERS FIRST.
I went in for a quotation on ceramic coating, something I have zero knowledge of. All I knew was that I want my car to be protected from rock chips, bug splatter, and scratches and at the same time wanting that shiny and glassy look.
They sat me down and not only explained the different options available, but they also showed the benefits (a physical demonstration) of each product and how it works. Listen, they have their own YouTube channel with a plethora of information that literally breaks down everything you need to know about all their products.
They’re extremely knowledgeable of their product and services, and they’re super transparent about the pro’s and con’s of each.
My experience with them was not about the money to be made; but my satisfaction as a client!!!! They will not recommend something they do not see fit for you. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and it was well within my budget!!!!
Did I say budget??? These guys are priced well below the market!!!! The shop has state of the art equipment, they have every piece of equipment you can possibly think of for their services offered!

Killeen's Premiere Clear Bra Installer
We had one of our awesome service members stationed at Fort Hood buy this new-to-him Honda Civic, and wanted to ensure that the front clip of the vehicle stayed completely rock chip free going forward (as best as we could). Unfortunately, he was told that ceramic coating would protect his vehicle against rock chips and scratches, which if you have seen our other videos, you know is not true.
We spoke with him, at length, late at night, and had him drop off immediately. Then we squeezed him in to get his vehicle protected, and we installed a full front Clear Bra & Three-Year Ceramic Coating from SB3 Coatings, SB3 Coatings Thirty3.
We have done instructional videos on SB3 Coatings Thirty3 three-year ceramic coating, which we love, because the vehicle can get wet three hours after application. The client was completely blown away by the clear bra/paint protection film/PPF. It also enhanced the black grille (which was fading at the time).

The key takeaway is that the primary differences are in the properties of the adhesive, which is something installers have to deal with, but generally, don’t have an effect on anything the client sees.
