Hyundai Sonata Full Front Clear Bra & Ceramic Coating

This is a repeat client of ours from the Fort Hood/Killeen area who has booked the second car in as many weeks with us. We cannot even say how honored we are that our clients would choose us not just once, but twice!

We installed the same exact clear bra/paint protection film/PPF on the full front of the vehicle (hood, fenders, bumper, and mirrors) from Legend PPF. Legend PPF is the first company to offer a TWELVE YEAR warranty on their products. Other companies have followed suit, but Legend did it first! We love the gloss that Legend PPF provides, and it also hides minor swirls and scratches. All of our clear bra/paint protection film/PPF offerings are self-healing, meaning that minor scratches will heal up either in the Central Texas/Copperas Cove/Killeen/Harker Heights/Temple area sun, or hot water/heat. This amazing technology makes it a favorite for all of our clients in preventing rock chips and scratches!

Ceramic Coating Installation

After we finished with our install of clear bra/paint protection film/PPF, we moved on to installing SB3 Coatings Thirty3 three year ceramic coating on the exterior surfaces (including clear bra), SB3 Coatings Vortex two year ceramic coating for wheels on the Hyundai wheels, and SB3 Coatings Optic on year ceramic coating on the windshield and panoramic sunroof. Now, in addition to the protection that the clear bra/paint protection film/PPF offers, it also has easier-to-clean properties!

We talked a lot in a FAQ article about what the major differences are between clear bra/paint protection film/PPF companies, if any, between major film manufacturers like Xpel, SunTek, Eastman, Llumar, 3M, Ceramic Pro – Kavaca, STEK, Flexishield, Global, Legend and more (https://hhceramiccoatings.com/what-is-the-difference-between-major-clear-bra-brands-faq/). The key takeaway is that the primary differences are in the properties of the adhesive. Which is something installers have to deal with. Generally, it doesn’t have an effect on anything the client sees.

 

People frequently ask about Xpel clear bra/paint protection film, and if Legend PPF compares to Xpel at all. A lot of people use Xpel to mean clear bra, because Xpel is one of the most popular brands. SB3 Coatings Alpha utilizes a single coating system which helps us get your vehicle back to you faster without sacrificing quality.

– The SB3 Coatings Trinity is a seven-year coating, which we did not offer previously with Ceramic Pro.

– SB3 Coatings Vortex is a two-year ceramic coating similar to Ceramic Pro Wheel & Caliper or Ceramic Pro 9H (when used on wheels).

– The SB3 Coatings Optic is a one-year ceramic coating similar to Ceramic Pro Glass. It is used on your windshield/glass surfaces.
