We typically do not require deposits for jobs that fall within the common scopes of auto detailing, paint correction/paint enhancement, and clear bra/paint protection film.

The exceptions are typically found with clear bra fashion films from STEK, where the film cost is very high, and stocking every type is impractical. In these cases, the client is responsible for the full cost of the special order material, which is non-refundable, and includes tax and shipping. In the event of a cancellation, the money will not be refunded but the client can choose to reschedule one time at no additional fee, or take the material. At no time will a cash refund be available for special order items.
