2012 Ford Mustang Ceramic Coating - Boss 302 Laguna Seca - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating
Do you like Ford Mustangs? Well, our Georgetown area client sure does! After we completed his 2023 Ford Bronco Raptor clear bra/PPF/paint protection film and ceramic coating project, we headed to Georgetown to conduct paint correction and Ford Mustang ceramic coating on his four ‘Stangs. His collection includes a 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca, a 2014 Ford Mustang GT500, a 2019 Ford Mustang GT350R, and a 2021 Ford Mustang GT500 with painted stripes. All four of these Mustangs are limited production runs. This particular video is the 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Laguna Seca.
The 2012 Ford Mustang we did ceramic coating on, is a Boss 302 Laguna Seca is a high-performance version of the fifth-generation Mustang, produced in limited numbers. It features a naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8 engine that produces 444 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque, mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The Laguna Seca package adds various performance upgrades, including a track-tuned suspension, larger brakes, a Torsen limited-slip rear differential, and aerodynamic enhancements. The car also features a distinctive black and red color scheme, Recaro racing seats, and a unique instrument cluster. Only 750 Boss 302 Laguna Seca models were produced for 2012. For this Ford Mustang ceramic coating, we conducted a one step paint enhancement with our Flex cordless polishers and Sonax polishes, paired with our Lake Country pads.

The 2014 Ford Mustang GT500 ceramic coating project, is a high-performance sports car produced by Ford. It is based on the sixth-generation Mustang and was introduced for the 2013 model year. Under the hood, the 2014 GT500 is powered by a 5.8-liter supercharged V8 engine that delivers 662 horsepower and 631 lb-ft of torque.
This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission or an optional 6-speed automatic. The GT500 can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just over 3 seconds, making it one of the quickest Mustangs ever produced. In terms of design, the 2014 GT500 features a more aggressive look than the previous generation, with a larger grille, a more pronounced hood scoop, and a redesigned rear fascia. 2019 Ford Mustang Ceramic Coating - GT350R Ceramic Coating
The 2019 Ford Mustang ceramic coating (GT350R) project is a high-performance variant of the Ford Mustang, designed for track use and driving enthusiasts. It is based on the sixth-generation Mustang and was introduced for the 2016 model year. Under the hood, the 2019 GT350R is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V8 engine that delivers 526 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission and features a flat-plane crankshaft, which gives it a unique exhaust note and increased high-revving capabilities.
The GT350R can accelerate from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just over 4 seconds. PAINT PROTECTION FILM/PPF/CLEAR BRA OPTIONS:
Typically, we would use STEK clear bra, Llumar, or Legend PPF gloss or matte paint protection film. Next, This clear bra article covers the major differences between clear bra/paint protection film/PPF companies, if any. Moreover, there are minimal differences between major film manufacturers like Xpel, SunTek, Eastman, Llumar, 3M, STEK clear bra, Flexishield, Global, Legend, and more. CERAMIC COATING, CLEAR BRA, AND PAINT CORRECTION OFFERINGS IN THE COPPERAS COVE/KILLEEN/HARKER HEIGHTS AREA:
