Bird droppings/bug guts/hard water spots that are left to etch into the paint are not warrantable items, nor are wash damage items such as taking it through an automatic car wash. Ceramic coating provides no rock chip or scratch protection (only clear bra does that, and even then, clear bra can be penetrated by debris given certain conditions), and therefore also not warrantable.

The clear bra/paint protection film is designed to be a sacrificial layer for your paint, whereas ceramic coating is designed for easier cleanup. Ceramic coating provides little to no scratch protection, and zero protection against rock chips and other damage.
