Why do you warranty in-house?

In reality, we don’t necessarily warranty in-house. We simply try to make it as easy as possible for our clients so that if they ever needed a warranty, they can just bring it to us, and we can handle all of the issues. It keeps it simpler for everyone, and makes it easier and more transparent. 

We aren’t going anywhere – but if you are, we will ensure you are taken care of at your next duty station or next place you are moving to.

In reality, we have never had a product issue that required warranty work – ceramic coating, clear bra/paint protection film – nothing. Most issues with products from major brands are related to installation issues, not the product failing. So, once you leave us and are satisfied, you can rest easy knowing that the products don’t simply fail.

That’s not to say that you can’t have issues with your ceramic coating or clear bra due to external factors. For example, you might need to see us because your clear bra gets damaged, or a rock penetrates the paint protection film/clear bra, but those aren’t warranty issues anyhow (unfortunately) – that is just the clear bra doing its job.

A ceramic coating can also get clogged over time from road grime and other issues. This is usually easily solved by washing the car with a decontamination solution to clear it up. If you notice that your ceramic coating is not performing like you think it should, please send us pictures or videos (or stop by the shop in Harker Heights), and we can get you taken care of.
